The JGS1602W2507 measures 88.5×29.3×11.2mm in a slim long-bar narrow-bezel outline, designed for horizontal temperature-control panels, long-bar water-quality detectors and small appliances. It fits narrow horizontal cavities, shrinks the overall device volume and is a top choice for lightweight product development.
JGS1602W2507 adopts upgraded FSTN liquid crystal with a soft gray film, greatly reducing reflection versus ordinary STN for clear, transparent text under factory and indoor lighting. With no flicker or residual ghosting during 7×24 continuous monitoring, operators face less visual fatigue during long reading sessions.
128×64 is the most common industrial dot matrix format, fully presenting digits, Chinese characters and simple trend curves, backed by abundant open-source driver example code for fast development.
The module uses 14 signal lines plus 2 independent AK backlight pins, allowing separate backlight control and brightness adjustment with fewer MCU IO and simpler PCB wiring; upgrades need no board redraw. 5V is the standard industrial/MCU voltage, removing step-up/down circuitry and simplifying power design.
